202608 Service Upgrade and Retirement of Selected Old Generation GPU Resource Models

Thank you for your long-term support and use of TWSC (TWAI Cloud) related services.
With the rapid development of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and AI Agent applications, the market demand for computing power performance, operational efficiency, and service quality continues to increase. To provide a more stable and high-performance AI computing environment, TWSC will continue to optimize its overall GPU resource allocation and gradually upgrade platform service capabilities.
At the same time, because related old-generation GPU equipment will gradually complete their phased retirement and resource updates, TWSC is upgrading platform computing services to provide a computing environment that better meets current AI application needs.
We plan to gradually stop supplying V100 and T4 GPU related services or resource models starting from the end of August 2026. The affected services, resource models, and decommission schedules are as follows:

*Note: After the HFS service stops, existing HFS data will be retained until September 30, 2026. Please complete data backup and download within this period. For data not processed past the deadline, TWSC reserves the right to remove or delete files and data generated by using this service, and clear the usage space in accordance with the terms of service and relevant regulations.
After the last date of availability for the respective services/resource models, the related services and resources will be forcibly terminated or cleared, and will no longer be available. Please arrange in advance to safeguard your rights.
Please complete the following actions before the service decommission date:
- Confirm the status of the affected resources and services currently in use.
- Inventory data, images, or execution environments that need to be retained.
- Plan data backup, downloading, or migration operations.
- If there is still a resource demand, please evaluate switching to other resource models or contact your business representative.
- If contracts, limits, or billing issues are involved, please confirm with the relevant contact window in advance.
