System Logs

Provides project logs and admin logs.

Project logs​

  • Select Region > System Logs > Project Logs from the left menu to access the Project Logs page.
  • Project logs will be displayed in the list. Click the project drop-down menu above to select the project you want to view.
  • Click the time drop-down menu above to select the time period you want to view.
  • Click the more options icon on the right side of the list to view the original data of the log by clicking Copy ID or Original Data.

Export and download​

  • Click the EXPORT button at the top to export the currently viewed logs. After the exported file is complete, click the DOWNLOAD button on the right to download the log report. The exported file can only be downloaded once.

Admin logs​

  • Select Global > System Logs > Admin Logs from the left menu to access the Admin Logs page.
  • The admin logs will be displayed in a list. Click the time drop-down menu above to select the time period you want to view.
  • Click the more options icon on the right side of the list to click Copy ID or Original Data to view the original data of the log.

Export and download​

  • Click the EXPORT button at the top to export the currently viewed logs. After the exported file is complete, click the DOWNLOAD button on the right to download the log report. The exported file can only be downloaded once.
